Another 300 Miler Day - Day 5

300 mile days are getting to be a habit, although a necessity if I want to make Glacier National Park by this Friday morning.  Temperatures are beginning to travel Southward as this morning's temperature was at 64F.  It basically hovered at 70F all today until I made Minneapolis/St. Paul where the temperature rose to around 77F.  It also rained off and on all day as well.
Other than stopping at Miller Park and my favorite place in Milwaukee, the day was spent driving from Milwaukee to Minneapolis/St Paul.  I had to stop twice for gasoline with both times ringing in at $3.699/gallon.  The Soul really has a very small gas tank.
It is off to Fargo, North Dakota tomorrow as I inch my way to Glacier.
In the meanwhile the sandman has caught up with me!
Night!

  1. Nice phrasing.....inching my way to Glacier......well done. They say in the not-too-distant future....the glaciers will be gone. Then you would have to wait for the next Ice Age!
