Minnehaha Falls

This picture was taken of Minnehaha Falls located in Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  The name Minnehaha comes from the Dakota Indian language meaning Waterfalls Falls.  The Falls are located on the Minnehaha Creek, a tributary of the Mississippi River.  The 53 feet drop-off does not compare to the Multnomah Falls in Oregon but still is quite impressive.
