A Lord Stanley Day - Day 15

The falling temperatures continue as the high today was 68F and the low was 61F.  It was again overcast and the rains did come and go while driving through Stanley Park.  Gasoline purchased today clocked in at $3.619/gallon.  It was a very pleasant drive through Stanley Park today.  I only wish I had exchanged some monies to use in the meters downtown to visit other places.  With the traffic the way it was and no Canadian change in my pocket, there was nothing left for me to do after Stanley Park but to head back South.  Just an interesting tidbit, some of the traffic lights in downtown Vancouver blink green, instead of steadily green.  Blinking green traffic lights don't turn red unless a pedestrian  presses the walk button to stop traffic in order to cross the street.
My plans tomorrow include a trek up to see Mt Baker first hand and to revisit Deception Pass for Bro's  photosphere photo.  The drive should be fairly easy from the LaConner residence.
Night all!

  1. In the old days, a blinking green was the same as a green arrow here in the states. Wish the sun could have peeked out for you. Bec practically has a green card, so she always remembers to pack the loonies.
