This picture was taken at the Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium on the Ohio State Campus in Columbus, Ohio. The stadium is home to the Ohio State Buckeyes men's and women's Lacrosse as well as the Soccer and Track and Field teams. The Stadium opened in 2001 hosting a Soccer game. The statue (center) commemorates the most successful Olympian of the 1936 Games winning Gold in the 100 and 200 meter, the Long Jump, and the 4 X 100 meter relay.
Looks like I'll have to depend on you for my state briefings. My wonderful cable provider has seen fit to remove my favorite channel from this area. Grrr...
